REV: 04-09-25 LR <br />Start-up & Commissioning <br />Consultant shall be present to witness and conduct start-up and testing of mechanical and <br />electrical structures and equipment under the supervision of the designated equipment <br />manufacturers for both sanitary sewer pump stations 8 and 9. <br />Coordination with PG&E <br />Subconsultant shall coordinate with PG&E to ensure the project will receive electrical service in <br />a timely manner. <br />Factory Witness Acceptance Testing <br />Subconsultant shall attend factory witness testing of motor control cabinets at manufacturer’s <br />testing facility and prepare documentation of testing process and punch-list for manufacturer. <br />Site Visit and Final Walk-Thru/Report of Findings <br />Consultant and subconsultant shall participate in the final inspection and provide a punch list and <br />summary report of deficiencies observed. <br />As-Builts and Record Drawings <br />Consultant and subconsultant to prepare as-built drawings based on construction field changes <br />and notes observed in the field. <br />Coordination and Project Closeout with BKF Engineers <br />Subconsultant shall utilize this task for internal coordination with Consultant. <br />Construction Support <br />Subconsultant shall provide general construction support for any additional tasks as needed and <br />not described under Task 7 for project completion and close-out. <br />Consultant and subconsultant to complete the remainder of construction support tasks until <br />project close-out at the hourly rates identified above within the allotted not-to-exceed budget of <br />$26,346. <br />TOTAL ADDITIONAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT $26,346 <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
