REV: 03-27-25 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />InvoiceCloud <br />Statement of Work <br />City of Redwood City <br />Introduction <br />This Statement of Work (SOW) scopes the high-level integration overview for the City of Redwood City <br />(Biller). <br />The InvoiceCloud (IC) suite of services (The Service) will give the Biller and its customers the ability to <br />accept electronic payments for invoiced and non-invoiced items. The Service will allow the Biller to offer <br />electronic payment processing in a securely hosted real-time environment. Customers will be able to locate, <br />view and print bills or invoices and payment records online and pay using credit cards, debit cards, digital <br />wallets, and electronic checks. <br />This SOW contains many products, services, and payment methods. Only the specific products, services <br />and payment methods selected by Biller, as outlined in the Biller Order Form for each Invoice Type, are <br />included in the delivery of products, services, and payment methods. <br />Definitions: <br />1. Biller – Merchant / City of Redwood City <br />2. Payer – Client customer, resident, person paying a bill or invoice. <br />3. EBPP – Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment <br />4. Bill – Bill and Invoice are used synonymously throughout this document. <br />5. RTDR - Real-Time Data Refresh – collects and aggregates the data as soon as a user accesses a <br />specific function. <br />6. NTDR – Near-Time Data Refresh – integration that happens periodically; the data is collected <br />immediately but it is not aggregated until later – data can be processed every day, every hour or <br />even every few minutes. <br />7. EMV - EMV is a payment method based on a technical standard for smart payment cards and <br />for payment terminals and automated teller machines which can accept them. EMV stands for <br />“Europay, Mastercard, and Visa“, the three companies that created the standard. <br />8. P2PE - Point-to-Point Encryption <br />1.
