Agreement for Services with H2O Solutions, L.L.C. for water storage tank inspection <br />and cleaning services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for <br />Services with H2O Solutions, L.L.C. for water storage tank inspection and cleaning <br />services through June 30, 2025, in an amount not-to-exceed $80,000, including City <br />Manager authority to extend the agreement for one additional two-year term through <br />June 2027, for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $175,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.F. Agreement with Dropcountr, Inc. for a water use portal (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Dropcountr, Inc. for a customer water use portal in a total contract amount not to exceed <br />$367,057, with the term beginning on April 6, 2024 and ending on September 4, 2029. <br />
