Amendment No. 1 to Central Square Solutions Agreement for permitting software <br />solutions to be funded by development permit revenues (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the <br />agreement with Central Square Technologies, LLC for ongoing permitting software <br />solutions (ComDev), extending the term to February 25, 2026, and increasing the not-to- <br />exceed amount by $56,153, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $426,153 <br />covering the time period February 2021 to February 2026. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.F. Fourth amendment to the 2019 Action Plan to reallocate unused Community <br />Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds to a healthcare job training <br />program (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the fourth amendment to the 2019 Action Plan which reallocates <br />unused Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds previously <br />set aside for rental assistance to offer free healthcare job training program for low- <br />income Redwood City residents; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a CDBG-CV agreement <br />with STEP Into A Job! for $143,609 to provide a healthcare job training program by March <br />2026 for low-income Redwood City residents, subject to any minor, clarifying and <br />conforming changes approved by the City Attorney and take all actions necessary to <br />effectuate the agreement. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.G.
