City Council Report of Meetings/Conferences Attendance <br />Vice Mayor Eakin reported on the following: <br />• February 13 Palm Park Neighborhood Association meeting. <br />• February 20 the San Mateo County Emergency Services Council meeting. <br />• February 24 OneShoreline meeting. <br /> <br /> 9.B. City Council Committee Reports <br />Vice Mayor Eakin announced that she has appointed herself along with Council Members <br />Chu and Padilla, to an Ad Hoc Committee to assist with negotiating the terms of a <br />Development Agreement for the 750 Bradford Stret Gatekeeper development project. <br /> <br /> A. Governance Sub-Committee - Mayor Martínez Saballos gave an update. <br /> <br /> B. Homelessness Ad Hoc Committee - Council Member Chu gave an update. <br /> <br /> C. 901 El Camino Real Ad Hoc Committee - Council Member Sturken gave an <br />update. <br /> <br /> 9.C. City Manager (Oral) Update <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz reported on the following: <br />• Flood damage at City Hall sustained on February 20, repair efforts are ongoing. <br />Estimated damage is approximately $200,000, further update to follow. <br />• The next City Council meeting is Tuesday, March 4, which will be a joint session <br />with the Planning Commission to discuss the Redwood Life Project. <br />• City Hall lobby restrooms were converted to gender neutral. <br /> <br />10. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> 10.A. Closed session regarding real property negotiations pursuant Government Code <br />Section 54956.8 <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />At 8:00 p.m., the City Council convened a Closed Session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />
