An update on the City-led community outreach efforts; <br />2. An overview of the sensitivity analyses and other studies done to evaluate the original <br />project proposal; <br />3. An overview of public comment received; <br />4. An estimated timeline for project consideration; and <br />5. Feedback from individual members of the Planning Commission and City Council <br />regarding a development project alternative to be evaluated along with the original <br />project proposal during the environmental review process. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This study session is not a project under CEQA as defined in CEQA Guidelines, section <br />15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. However, once the refined <br />“Project Alternative” is defined/refined, the “Project”, the “No Project” and the “Project <br />Alternative” would be subject to environmental review under CEQA. <br /> <br />The City Council and Planning Commission provided feedback on project alternatives to <br />be evaluated along with the original project proposal during the environmental review <br />process. No formal action was taken. <br /> <br />11.
