AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USE OF FACILITIES (Redwood City School District and the City of Redwood City) This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the day of 2024, amending the agreement dated November 14, 2012, the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and the Redwood City School District ("District") (collectively, the "Parties") for the joint use of both school and city facilities. On November 14, 2012, the Parties executed the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement with Attachments A — F (designating six school sites as Site Specific Attachments to the Agreement, specifically Fair Oaks School, Garfield School, Hawes School, Hoover School, McKinley Institute of Technology, and Taft School); and B. On July 24, 2014, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 of the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement with Attachments G - O (designating an additional nine school sites as joint use facilities, specifically Kennedy Middle School, Roosevelt School, Roy Cloud School, Selby Lane School, Adelante School, Clifford School, Henry Ford School, John Gill School, and Orion Alternative School. C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amend the Agreement to add Hoover Gymnasium as a facility at Hoover School. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Attachment D of the Original Agreement is hereby replaced with the Revised Attachment D (Site Specific Terms and Conditions for Hoover School) attached hereto as Exhibit A, adding Hoover Gymnasium as an indoor facility in which the District has primary responsibility in Section II, School Section, Indoor Facilities. 2.
