REV: 04-21-25 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Photographer will provide professional headshot photography services for staff on two <br />separate dates: May 28, 2025 and May 30, 2025. <br />Photographer will deliver a total of 30 professionally edited headshots. Final images will <br />be delivered in high-resolution digital format suitable for both print and web use. <br />A professional make-up artist will be provided by the Photographer on each service date. <br />The fee for the make-up artist is $500 per day, totaling $1,000 for both dates. <br />Fee <br />Photography Fee: $4,500 for 30 headshots <br />Make-Up Artist Fee: $500 per day × 2 days = $1,000 <br />Total Fee: $5,500 <br />Photographer will be paid for services rendered, pursuant to an invoice consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.083/Philip Wartena (Headshot Photos) (Page 11 of 11)
