REV: 02-27-25 LF Report. At the direction of and in coordination with the City, Consultant shall engage with regulators throughout the review and approval process of regulatory documents. For Task 9 overall, The City will provide to Consultant original documents in Word and/or PDF Task 9 Deliverable: Consultant shall submit electronically to the City and the SWRCB (if needed) the regulatory compliance documents Task 9 Schedule: Consultant shall discuss and receive approval for a schedule from the City at the start of a project Task 10 - Perform Cross Connection Control Site Surveys Consultant shall perform this task with an AWWA-certified Cross Connection Control Specialist. As directed by the City, Consultant will survey customer sites to verify compliance with the City’s ordinance and standards, Cross-Connection Control Program, and the Cross- Connection Control Policy Handbook. The survey may also include a verification of a backflow tester test form. For Task 10 overall, Consultant will coordinate with the customer to gain access to the customer site The City will provide to Consultant a site survey form Task 10 Deliverable: Consultant shall submit electronically to the City in PDF format the site survey form Task 10 Schedule: Consultant shall submit electronically to the City in PDF format: o A site survey form within five days of the site survey Task 11 – Project Management and Coordination Consultant will provide a concise monthly invoice that will show expenditures by task establishing a total budget, the amount expended, remaining amount, and percent complete. Consultant will coordinate with the City’s Project Manager throughout the duration of the contract. When required by the City, Consultant will attend the virtual meeting(s) or meeting(s) at the City offices to discuss the overall project and existing or upcoming tasks and associated projects.
