REV: 04-15-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEES <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Contractor shall provide services under this Agreement as follows: <br />Vehicle Upfitting Services <br />Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to purchase and install all <br />parts. <br />Requirements <br />Upfitting installation work shall be consistently performed across all units with no <br />substantive difference in design, layout, and installation from vehicle to vehicle. <br />Installation and parts for each vehicle must consist of the specific manufacturers (no <br />substitutions) as requested by the City and be consistent in each vehicle type. Parts used <br />for these installations will include but are not limited to products from these <br />manufacturers: <br />Code 3 Ray Allen Manufacturing Federal Signal <br />Whelen Innovative Emergency Equipment Troy Products <br />Havis Sound Off Signal Truck Vault <br />Santa Cruz Gun Locks Cole-Hersee Blue-Sea <br />Kussmaul Secure Idle Setina <br />Patrol Power <br />All wiring connections must be crimped and clearly labeled. <br />Wirings must be run through the center of the vehicle, under door sills, or above headliner <br />and down pillars. <br />Contractor must provide upfitting services for each vehicle in a timely manner (no more <br />than five (5) business days per vehicle). The time starts when work commences on <br />vehicle at Contractor’s location unless other terms are agreed upon. <br />Contractor shall not let installation work to subcontractors unless agreed upon in advance <br />and only after subcontractors are vetted and approved by the City. <br />Pick Up and Delivery <br />Contractor shall be responsible for picking up vehicles from various City locations and <br />delivering upon completion. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.076/PRIORITY 1 PUBLIC SAFETY EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, INC.
