Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a 10-year <br />agreement for services not to exceed $1,586,205 with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to <br />purchase and upgrade from Axon's Taser X2 to Taser 10 devices, along with <br />related support, training, and software solutions that integrate with the existing <br />Axon proprietary digital evidence software management system used by the <br />Police Department (requires 5/7 vote). <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />2
