CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Martínez Saballos called the meeting to order at 6:0 3 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL - Council Members Chu, Gee, Howard, Padilla, Sturken, Vice Mayor Eakin and Mayor <br />Martínez Saballos. Council Member Howard participated remotely from 901 Katherine Avenue, <br />Redwood City, and Council Member Gee participated remotely from Mexico City Marriott <br />Reforma, Paseo de la Reforma, 276 Col Juarez, Mexico City, MEX. <br /> <br />Staff present: City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Attorney Veronica Ramirez and City <br />Clerk Yessika Castro. <br /> <br /> 4.A. Recognition of winners of the Climate Action and Climate Resiliency Video Contest by <br />the City of Redwood City's Public Works Department <br />Public Works Director Terence Kyaw and Environmental Initiatives Coordinator Vicki <br />Sherman gave an overview of the contest, and Mayor Martínez presented awards to the <br />following contest winners: <br />• First Place: Ms. Paz’s 7th Grade Class, Kennedy School – Raphael Hanrigou, Ryan <br />Seeberger, Kaydan Chien, Adrian Chan-Zugnoni, Yuxing Fang, Madison Torres, <br />Linon Nagai, Alitza Gonzales <br />• Second Place: Senahn Kemal, 8th grade, Clifford School <br />• Third Place: Yilan Chai and Vivian Guzman, 6th grade, Clifford School <br />• Honorable Mention: Alfonso Loya, 6th grade, Clifford School <br />• Honorable Mention: Cate Landers, 5th grade, North Star Academy <br /> <br /> 4.B.
