Adopt a resolution of necessity finding that the public interest, convenience and <br />necessity require the acquisition of certain property interests for the public <br />project (US Highway 101/State Route 84 – Woodside Road Interchange <br />Improvement Project), authorizing the acquisition thereof, and directing the <br />City Attorney to file eminent domain proceedings for portions of the property <br />located at 1205 Broadway (APN 054-012-050); the “Hirahara Family LTD & <br />Wheeler Family Living Trust Property”, commonly known as Wheeler Hirahara, <br />passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Eakin and Chu to: <br />11. Adopt a resolution of necessity finding that the public interest, convenience and <br />necessity require the acquisition of certain property interests for the public <br />project (US Highway 101/State Route 84 – Woodside Road Interchange <br />Improvement Project), authorizing the acquisition thereof, and directing the <br />City Attorney to file eminent domain proceedings for portions of the property <br />located at 871 Willow Street (APN 054-071-180, 054-071-190); the “ESS Prisa <br />LLC Property”, commonly known as Extra Space Storage, passed unanimously <br />by roll call vote. <br /> <br />8. By roll call vote, appoint for the following: <br />a. Housing and Human Concerns Committee for one partial-term seat expiring May 31, <br />2026 <br />b. Library Board for one partial-term seat expiring June 30, 2026 and 2 full-term seats <br />expiring June 30, 2029 <br />c.
