6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 6.B. Agreement for Services with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to <br /> upgrade current Taser X2 devices with the Taser 10 <br /> devices, along with related support, training and software <br />solutions that integrate with the existing Axon proprietary <br />digital evidence software management system <br /> Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the unique nature of the goods and <br />services, there is only one reasonable and practicable source for the <br />required goods and services and that the contract may be awarded <br />without a competitive bidding process. Approve and authorize the <br />City Manager to execute a 10-year agreement for services not to <br />exceed $1,586,205 with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to purchase and <br />upgrade from Axon's Taser X2 to Taser 10 devices, along with related <br />support, training, and software solutions that integrate with the <br />existing Axon proprietary digital evidence software management <br />system used by the Police Department (requires 5/7 vote).
