REV: 04-15-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall provide maintenance, load bank testing, and troubleshooting services for <br />City-owned standby generators located throughout the City. These services shall be <br />performed on fixed and mobile generators. Contractor shall respond to calls for service <br />within three hours of City notification. Contractor shall provide any of the aforementioned <br />services at the request of the City on a per task or time and material basis with a percent <br />mark-up on materials as outlined in the table below. All tasks shall be quoted by <br />Contractor and approved in writing by the Public Works Fleet Superintendent or their <br />designee prior to performing work. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor on a per task or time and materials basis at the rate outlined in <br />the table below in an amount not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000). <br />Invoices shall be billed monthly with Net 30 payments terms, in a form consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation. <br />Regular Hourly Labor Rate <br />Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) $115 <br />Overtime Labor Rate <br />Any time outside regular hours $120 <br />Materials Mark-Up 25% <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.075/Edward R.
