REV: 03-27-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall provide repair services and parts for the City's trailers and heavy-duty <br />trucks on an "as-needed" basis for a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000, at the request <br />of the Public Works Fleet Superintendent or their designee. All services exceeding $1,000 <br />in value must be quoted in advance and approved by the City in writing prior to <br />commencement of work. The need for services/repairs may not be continuous during the <br />term. <br />Fees: <br />Services shall be billed on an hourly basis, at the rate outlined in the table below. All <br />services performed shall be invoiced upon completion of each task. Invoices shall be <br />billed with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Parts shall be billed with a discount off Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) per <br />the table below. <br />All parts purchased from Contractor are subject to the specified discount.
