REV: 04-09-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />Program Objectives, Scope of Services & Quantitative Goals <br />Program Year 2024/2025 <br />Subrecipient Information <br />Subrecipient Name:Climate Resilient Communities <br />Address: 3921 Bayshore Road <br />City, State, ZIP: Palo Alto, CA 94303-4326 <br />Project Name: Resilient Homes Minor Home Repair Program <br />Program Objectives <br />Project will address Redwood City’s Consolidated Plan 2023-2027 priorities <br />and goals as follows: <br />Priority: Creating Inclusive Communities with Affordable Housing - <br />Creation of affordable housing and preservation of existing affordable housing, <br />including special needs housing. <br />Goal 2 - Affordable Housing Preservation: Conserve and improve the <br />condition of the existing affordable housing stock and preserve affordable <br />housing developments at risk of conversion to market rate housing. <br />Scope of Services <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />Resilient Homes Minor Home Repair Program will help provide home <br />repair/improvements to low-income Redwood City residents focused on home <br />safety and energy conservation through weatherization and electrification. <br />Project Activities: <br />Outcome 1: Increase climate resilience of low-income housing stock by <br />providing climate resilience upgrades (e.g. insulation, weatherproofing, <br />HVAC) to eligible households, leading to: <br />-- Estimated reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from upgraded <br />homes [Target: 10% reduction] <br />Outcome 2: Improve housing conditions for low-income renters/owners <br />by remediating critical health/safety housing deficiencies <br />-- Measured by percentage of beneficiary households reporting improved <br />housing conditions post-repair [Target: 85%] <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.044/Climate Resilient Communities (Resilient Homes Minor Home Repair Program) (Page 16 of 20)
