REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />The difference in weight on the end of each axle, from side to side, when the vehicle is fully loaded <br />and equipped shall not exceed 7 percent. <br />The apparatus shall be so designed that the various parts are readily accessible for lubrication, <br />inspection, adjustment and repair. <br />Where special tools manufactured or designed by the Vendor and are required to provide routine <br />service on any component of the apparatus built or supplied by the Vendor, such tools shall be <br />provided with the apparatus. <br />PRE-CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS <br />LTC shall provide detailed colored engineering drawings including, but not limited to, the overall <br />dimensions, wheelbase, and overall length of the apparatus for use during the pre-construction <br />conference. <br />The drawings shall include, but shall not be limited to the right, left, top, front and rear views of <br />the apparatus. <br />TAG-ON ORDERS <br />The following terms shall apply to any tag-on orders: <br />(a) Term – Tag-on orders may be placed for a term of one year after the Effective Date. <br />(b) Escalation - Spartan Fire LLC reserves the right to adjust the price of any tag-on order placed <br />after the Effective Date if material costs escalate during the term of this Agreement, changes in <br />regulations become effective (for example EPA, NFPA or other), or the tag-on order would cross <br />a model year. <br />(c) Acceptance – Spartan Fire LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any tag-on orders under <br />this Agreement. <br />SUPPLIED INFORMATION & EXTRAS <br />The apparatus manufacturer shall supply two (2) copies of apparatus manuals with all <br />manufactured apparatus. <br />The manuals shall include, but not be limited to: all component warranties, users’ manuals and <br />information for supplied products, apparatus engineering information including drawings and build <br />prints, and whatever other pertinent information the manufacturer can supply to City regarding <br />the said apparatus. <br />The following manuals pertaining to the aerial device shall also be included: <br />•Two (2): Operators’ manuals. <br />•Two (2): Parts manuals in digital format. <br />•Two (2): Electrical and Hydraulic Diagrams in digital format. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.089/Fire Apparatus Solutions (Purchase of Spartan-LTC 105' TDA) (Page 14 of 150)
