REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />ON-LINE INTERACTION <br />The manufacturer shall provide the capability for online access through the manufacturer’s <br />website. City shall be able to view digital photos of their apparatus in the specified phases of <br />construction. The following phases will be captured and displayed on the manufacturer’s website: <br />1.Chassis when available at manufacturing facility <br />2.Body – Prior to Paint <br />3.Body – Painted <br />4.Assembly – 80% Complete <br />GENERAL WARRANTY <br />Vendor shall provide a two (2) year general warranty from the date of delivery. <br />STRUCTURAL BODY WARRANTY <br />A structural Aluminum body warranty shall be provided by the apparatus manufacturer for <br />products of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal <br />use and service, for a period of ten (10) years. <br />PAINT WARRANTY <br />A Prorated Paint Warranty shall be provided by the apparatus manufacturer for products of its <br />manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, <br />for a period of ten (10) years. <br />MULTI-PLEXED ELECTRICAL WARRANTY <br />A four (4) year limited (V-MUX) multiplex system warranty shall be provided by the apparatus <br />manufacturer for multiplex system parts and labor, while under normal use and service; against <br />mechanical, electrical and physical defects from the date of installation. <br />The warranty shall exclude; sensors, shunt interface modules, serial or USB kits, transceivers, <br />cameras, GPS, and electrical display screens, which shall be limited to a period of one a (1) <br />year repair parts and labor from the date of installation. <br />WARRANTY - AERIAL DEVICE <br />The aerial device manufacturer shall guarantee to the City to repair or replace any defective <br />structural component resulting from faulty material or workmanship for a period of twenty (20) <br />years after delivery of the aerial device to the City. The warranty shall cover the aerial device <br />weldments, open base, torque box and outrigger weldments. <br />To ensure sole source responsibility of the aerial device, the Vendor shall clearly state its intention <br />to warrant the aerial device, open base, torque box and outrigger weldments as these integral <br />parts and components of the aerial device. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.089/Fire Apparatus Solutions (Purchase of Spartan-LTC 105' TDA) (Page 16 of 150)
