REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />Exhibit “A” <br />Description of Goods and Services and Purchase Price <br />Vendor shall supply one (1) Tractor Drawn Aerial (TDA) Fire Truck per the specifications <br />and drawings outlined in Exhibit C. <br />The Tractor Drawn Aerial (TDA) cab and chassis will be manufactured by Spartan Fire, <br />LLC. (Spartan), and the body will be manufactured and assembled by Ladder Tower <br />Company (LTC). <br />Vendor shall coordinate three meetings with the City to include a pre-construction, mid- <br />build, and final inspection at the Vendor’s expense as outlined in Exhibit C. <br />Total compensation under this Agreement shall be for a not to exceed amount of Two <br />Million Five Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Forty-Six dollars ($2,543,046). Payment for <br />tool mounting and contingencies for mid-inspection and final inspection modifications <br />shall be on a time and materials basis not to exceed $80,000.10.
