The actual <br />fees assessed will be based upon actual square footage as shown on the building permit plans for <br />construction of the project or in the case of the Public Art Fee (1% of the construction value of the <br />project). The applicant will be entitled to fee credits for the demolition of existing development in <br />accordance with the provisions of the respective fee ordinances.
