<br />Being also a portion of Lot 12 in Range A, as said Lot is shown on that certain Map entitled “Town of Mezesville”,
<br />filed for record on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at Page 79, Records of San Mateo County, and described
<br />as follows:
<br />Being a portion of California Street, formerly known as Minnie Street, as said Street is shown on that certain Map
<br />entitled “James Street Addition, Redwood City, California”, filed for record on July 19, 1927 in Book 16 of Maps
<br />at Page 13, Records of said County and being also a portion of Parcel 2, as said Parcel is described in that certain
<br />Deed, conveyed from Sudden Lumber Company to the City of Redwood City, recorded on February 19, 1930 in
<br />Book 461 at Page 55, Official Records of San Mateo County and being also a portion of the lands conveyed from
<br />Southern Pacific Railroad Company to the City of Redwood City, recorded on April 9, 1930 in Book 468 at Page
<br />288, Official Records of said County, more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly line of Winklebleck Street, being 50.00 feet in width, with the
<br />westerly line of California Street, formerly known as Minnie Street, now being 50.00 feet in width, as said Streets
<br />are shown on that certain Record of Survey, filed for record on January 14, 2010 in Volume 34 of L.L.S. Maps at
<br />Page 82, Records of San Mateo County;
<br />Thence leaving said westerly line of California Street, North 87°36’46” East, 21.61 feet to the beginning of a
<br />tangent curve to the right, having a Radius of 100.00 feet;
<br />Thence southeasterly along said curve, through a central Angle of 16°29’47”, with an arc Length of 28.79 feet to
<br />the easterly line of said California Street;
<br />Thence along said easterly line, South 02°28’28” East, 154.09 feet to the northeasterly line of said California
<br />Street;
<br />Thence along said northeasterly line, South 41°21’32” East, 48.34 feet to the most westerly corner of Lot 17, as
