The City Council finds and determines that notice of the filing of the <br />Report and of the time and place of the hearing thereon was published in accordance <br />with Health and Safety Code Sections 5473.1. <br />Section 3. After hearing and considering all objections or protests to the Report, <br />if any, the City Council finds that protest was not made by a majority of the separate <br />parcels of property described in the Report and hereby adopts the Report. <br />Section 4. The sewer service charges listed in the Report shall be collected on <br />the tax roll in the same manner, by the same persons, and at the same time as, together <br />with and not separately from, the general taxes for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. <br />Section 5. The County Controller of the County of San Mateo is hereby authorized <br />to collect the sewer service charges listed in the Report on the tax roll. <br />Section 6. This resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />* * *
