The Ordinance defined and established procedures for the disposition of surplus personal property <br />belonging to the City. Ordinance 2477 requires that the Public Works Services Department (PWS) submit <br />the list of proposed surplus personal property for the City Council’s approval before taking further action. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Attachment A provides proposed surplus personal property identified by PWS for disposition. This list <br />consists of City-owned vehicles, equipment and furniture from various departments that are no longer in <br />service. If the proposed list is approved, the City will dispose of all items listed in accordance with the <br />approved methods outlined in Ordinance 2477. <br />6.I. - Page 1 of 9 <br />71
