Tentative agreement for a Successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between <br />City of Redwood City and the bargaining unit represented by the Chief Officers’ <br />Association (COA), amendments to the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan, <br />and Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget Amendment due to increased salary and benefit costs <br /> (906) Reso 16319 <br /> Reso 16320 <br />Human Resources Director Michelle Katsuyoshi gave the staff presentation. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve tentative agreement relative to wages, hours, and other terms <br />and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Chief Officers’ <br />Association, for the period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2027; <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan to <br />update salary ranges for all classifications represented by the Chief Officers’ Association; <br />and <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to the FY 2024-2025 <br />General Fund Budget to increase expenditures in the amount of $63,000 for increased <br />salary and benefits costs related to the Chief Officers’ Association Successor <br />Memorandum of Understanding that begins in FY 2024-25. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Gee and Sturken, to: <br />1. By motion, approve tentative agreement relative to wages, hours, and other terms <br />and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Chief Officers’ <br />Association, for the period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2027; <br />2.
