Annual Action Plan <br /> <br />33 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) <br />R Renewal funding for microenterprise assistance, fair housing, and minor home repair programs will remain the same <br />as the PY 2024 allocation. <br />R Increase CDBG administration so as to keep the total funded within the regulatory limits (20 percent of the PY 2025 <br />CDBG allocation after funding Project Sentinel’s fair housing project); <br />R After the administration and public service allocations are made, the remaining funds will go towards Habitat for <br />Humanity’s Home Preservation Program and Mental Health Association’s Interim Housing Shelter Rehab Project. The <br />recommended amounts will increase proportionally up to the maximum amount requested by the applicant. <br />• If the HOME allocation is greater than the Program Year 2024 allocation: <br />R Increase HOME administration to keep the total funded within the regulatory limits (10 percent of the PY 2025 HOME <br />award). <br />R Increase the recommended Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) for Eden Housing’s 847 <br />Woodside to keep the total funded at the regulatory limit of 15 percent of the PY 2025 HOME award. <br />R After the administration and CHDO allocations are made, the remainder of the funding will be allocated towards the <br />recommended MidPen’s Shore Landing Capital Improvements Project. <br />• If the CDBG allocation is less than Program Year 2024 allocations: <br />R As needed, the City will reduce all CDBG public service programs by a pro-rata amount to keep total funding within 15 <br />percent of the total PY 2025 CDBG allocation and 15% PY 2024 CDBG program income. <br />R Renewal funding for microenterprise assistance, fair housing, and minor home repair programs will reduce <br />proportionally based on the percentage decrease in funding available. <br />R Reduce CDBG administration to keep the total funded within the regulatory limits (20 percent of the PY 2025 CDBG <br />award after funding Project Sentinel’s fair housing project). <br />R The remaining reductions will come from Habitat for Humanity’s Home Preservation Program and Mental Health <br />Association’s Interim Housing Shelter Rehab Project. <br />R and the recommended amounts will reduce proportionally. <br /> <br />• If the HOME allocation is less than the Program Year 2024 allocation: <br />7.A. - Page 41 of 189 <br />245
