This project is eligible <br />under 24 CFR 570.203 the CDBG regulations. <br />Target Date 6/30/2026 <br />Estimate the number <br />and type of families <br />that will benefit from <br />the proposed activities <br />The project will serve 60 individuals <br />Location Description 1848 Bay Road, East Palo Alto, CA 94303 <br />Planned Activities Renaissance Mid-Peninsula will serve a total of 60 low-income English and Spanish speaking women and <br />men in Redwood City to develop the skills, confidence, and networks needed to start and grow their <br />own businesses. Renaissance clients, in turn, create employment for 22 low-income residents. <br />I13 Project Name Habitat for Humanity – Home Preservation Program <br />Target Area City-wide <br />Goals Supported Affordable Housing Preservation <br />Needs Addressed Creating Inclusive Communities w/Afford. Housing <br />Funding CDBG: $434,581 <br />Description Habitat for Humanity will facilitate substantial renovations to address home repair needs for low- <br />income homeowners, including home safety modifications that allow low-income seniors to safely age in <br />place by eliminating the threat of injury or accident, particularly from falling.
