The development is a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units that <br />will be affordable to households earning 30% to 60% of the area median income. <br />Target Date 9/30/2033 <br />Estimate the number <br />and type of families <br />that will benefit from <br />the proposed activities <br />The HOME CHDO funds will be used to construct one unit. <br />Location Description 847 Woodside Rd Redwood City, CA 94061 <br />Planned Activities The development will use the City’s PY 2025 CHDO funds to develop one HOME restricted unit. <br />17 Project Name HOME - MP Shores Landing, LLC – Shores Landing Elevator Addition <br />Target Area Citywide <br />Goals Supported Affordable Housing Preservation <br />Needs Addressed Creating Inclusive Communities w/Afford.
