Agreement for Services with HF&H Consultants, LLC <br /> for solid waste rate study <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />Agreement for Services for solid waste rate study with HF&H <br />Consultants, LLC for a one-year term in an amount not to exceed <br />$55,000, including City Manager authority to extend the <br />agreement for two additional two-year periods with $119,000 for <br />the first extension and $131, 000 for the second extension for an <br />aggregate total contract not-to-exceed amount of $305,000 <br />through 2030.
