7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 7.A. Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan for the federal <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME <br />Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving the Program Year 2025 Annual <br />Action Plan and application for CDBG and HOME funds; <br />certifying that the City has followed its adopted Community <br />Participation Plan; and authorizing the execution and filing of all <br />documents pertaining thereto; and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding <br />agreements with the organizations identified in the Program <br />Year 2025 Annual Action Plan.
