8. STAFF REPORTS <br /> 8.A. City Council consideration and adoption of <br /> geographies for nomination as Priority Conservation <br /> Areas to the Association of Bay Area Governments <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution nominating the geography as depicted in Attachment <br />A as a Priority Conservation Area (PCA) and authorizing submission of the <br />nomination as the “Greater Downtown & Southeast Redwood City Priority <br />Conservation Area” to the Association of Bay Area Governments for <br />designation as a PCA; <br />2. Adopt a resolution nominating the geography as depicted in Attachment <br />A as a Priority Conservation Area (PCA) and authorizing submission of the <br />nomination as the “Redwood Shores Priority Conservation Area” to the <br />Association of Bay Area Governments for designation as a PCA; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution nominating the geography as depicted in Attachment <br />A as a Priority Conservation Area (PCA) and authorizing submission of the <br />nomination as the “Bair Island and Westpoint Slough Priority Conservation <br />Area” to the Association of Bay Area Governments for designation as a <br />PCA.
