Page 5 of 9 <br />6.I.Authorization for the disposal of surplus personal property <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, declare personal property listed in Attachment A as surplus personal <br />property which may be disposed of in accordance with Article V of Chapter 2 of <br />the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.J.Agreement for Legal Services with Meyers Nave, A Professional Corporation for <br />the Redwood Life Evolve Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Attorney to execute an Agreement for <br />Legal Services with Meyers Nave, A Professional Corporation. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K.Standstill Agreement with 112 Vera Ave, L.P. and California Housing Finance <br />Agency (CalHFA), allowing changes to rent calculations in the event CalHFA <br />operates the property following a foreclosure <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Standstill <br />Agreement with 112 Vera Ave, L.P. (the Developer) and CalHFA (CalHFA Standstill <br />Agreement), subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved <br />by the City Attorney, and execute any other document, as necessary, and take all <br />actions necessary to carry out the CalHFA Standstill Agreement including <br />executing an estoppel certificate. <br />CEQA: <br />In accordance with Code of California Regulations (CCR) Title 14 § 15268, <br />Ministerial Approvals are exempt from the requirements of California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This project is subject to SB 35 / SB 423, which <br />is a ministerial review and not subject to CEQA. <br />6.L.Agreement with the County of San Mateo for the City of Redwood City to <br />provide core agency services at the Fair Oaks Community Center for three years, <br />FY 2025-26, FY 2026-27, and FY 2027-28 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute agreement <br />between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City in the amount <br />5
