Applicable Law. The laws of the State of California shall govern the interpretation <br />and enforcement of this Agreement. Any legal action brought in connection with this Agreement <br />shall be instituted in the Superior Court of San Mateo County, State of California, or in the Federal <br />District Court for the Northern District of California. <br />803. Enforced Delay; Extension of Times for Performance.
