7. Severability. In the event any provision of this RSA shall be held invalid or unenforceable <br />by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other part <br />of this RSA. <br />8. Successors and Assigns. This RSA shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the <br />respective parties to this RSA. <br />9. Notices.
