EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: <br />Portion of Block 77, as designated on the map entitled, "map of the, EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California <br />on November 3, 1862 in Book 2 of miscellaneous records at Page 85 and a copy entered in Book 18 of <br />Maps at Page 6 having a frontage of 60 feet on Stambaugh street and extending back through said Block <br />77 the full width of 60 feet and being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of stambaugh street 50 feet Northwesterly from the <br />intersection of the Northerly line of stambaugh street with the Westerly line of beech street as said <br />streets, appear on the official map of Redwood City, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said <br />County and to which reference is hereby made; thence running Northwesterly on said Northerly line of <br />stambaugh street 60 feet; thence at right angles to stambaugh street Northeasterly to the line of lands <br />now or formerly owned by M.
