PARTIES, in accordance with the provisions of this AGREEMENT, hereby amend this AGREEMENT by replacing Funding Summary NO. 01 in its <br />entirety with Funding Summary NO. 02. <br />2. PARTIES entered into Amendment No. 1 to AGREEMENT on September 07, 2023, to incorporate Funding Summary No. 01. <br />3. Amendment No.1 Funding Table incorrectly swapped R/W Support with R/W Capital. <br />4. Amendment No. 2 corrects Amendment No.1 Funding Table and reduces the CITY’s $20,000,000 Local-SMCTA Funds for Right of Way Capital to <br />$12,000,000 and adds $8,000,000 in federal infrastructure (FED-INFRA) funds. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
