6.1 E Page 9 (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of thirty (30} days after City will have recei�ed written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; (b) Providing that Contractor's insurance will apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability {cross liability endorsement); (c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and (d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage wil( be primary insurance with respect to City, its Council, officecs, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. 14. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL �PPORTUNITY. Contractor hereby warrants and agrees that, in the performance of this Agreement, it will not, in connection with the employment, advancement or discharge of employees, or in connection with the terms, conditions or privileges of their employment, discriminate against person because of their age, except upon the basis of bona fide occupational qualification, retirement plan or statutory requirement, and wsll not specify, in solicitations or advertisement for employees to work on this Agreement, a maximum age limit, unless such limit is based upon a bona fide occupational qualification, retirement plan or statutory requirement.
