6.2A <br /> Page 1 <br /> REP�RT <br /> To the Honorable Nlayor and City Council <br /> �rom the City Manager <br /> December 14, 2�09 <br /> SUBJECT <br /> Final Acceptance— 1021 & 1 Q25 Lakeview Way Subdivision lmprovements <br /> RECOMMENDATIDN <br /> Accep#, by motion, the construction improvements for the 1021 & 1025 Lakeview Way <br /> Subdivision, and release the bonds according to City procedures in accordance with the <br /> Subdivision Agreement. � <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> �n October 24, 2005, Council approved the Agreemen� for construction improvements <br /> for subdivision improvements at 1�21 & '�025 Lakeview Way. The City-approved <br /> permits required the developer to make street and other related impro�ements including <br /> paving, drainage, water, sewer, landscaping and iandscape irrigation. Two large homes <br /> were built separa#ely under this agreement with substantial compietion of the building <br /> permit occur�ing in October of 2�08.
