Na hefium fi#led balloons or"lighter than air�type balloons can be refeased. <br /> Vehicie Access <br /> A. No vehicles are allowed within #he Square without prior written approval from the <br /> C�ty. <br /> B. Permittee shall remove any tire marks or residue resulting from vehicfe use. <br /> C. The City does not provide parking for events. Paid and free parking is available <br /> throughout the City's parking garages, surface lots and on-street parking. <br /> DeliverylLoading <br /> A.
