CURRENT YEAR FINDINGS <br /> No current year findings. <br /> 2. PRIOR YEAR FINDINGS <br /> 2008-01 <br /> Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33081.4, an agency shall submit a property report to the State <br /> Controller Office within six months following the end of the agency's fiscal year-end date. However, we <br /> noted the agency did file such report for the fiscal year 2006-2007. <br /> Recommendation:We recommend that the Agency file the property report to the State Controllers Office to <br /> be in compliance with the Health and Safety Code. <br /> Management Response: The Agency submitted a property report to the State Controller's Office for fiscal <br /> year 2006-07 on November 26, 2008. The Agency will begin to submit the property report to the State <br /> Controller's Office annually with the Agency's Annual Report of Financial Transactions begirming with the <br /> 2007-08 Report. <br /> Status:Implemented. <br /> 47 <br />
