REV: 04-30-25 JB <br />Play Feature Finish Warranty <br /> Powder Coated 2 years <br /> Painted (Airbrushed Graphics) 2 years <br />This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, improper care, <br />negligence, normal wear and tear, surface corrosion on metal parts, discolored <br />surfaces, natural fading in feature finish over time and other cosmetic issues or <br />failures due to misuse or vandalism. Features installed in indoor aquatic facilities, <br />coastal areas and areas with high heat and humidity will encounter more <br />discoloring and cosmetic issues. <br />**Acrylic sheets may exhibit crazing (internal micro fractures) around edges and <br />holes. This is considered cosmetic only and does not affect the structural <br />integrity of the product. As such, acrylic parts with crazing will not be covered <br />under warranty. <br />***Moving parts includes, but is not limited to: bearings, bushings, hubs, o-rings, <br />Puddles membranes, springs, and other relevant parts as determined by Vendor. <br />Vendor staff and/or appointed service agents will provide City with guidelines for <br />maintenance and rapid response assistance should anything go awry. City may <br />extend standard warranty on the control panel to 3, 4 or 5 years. Extended <br />warranty commences at expiration of the standard 2 year warranty period and <br />must be purchased by the time the park is commissioned or within 12 months of <br />goods received on site, whichever comes first. <br />Three (3) Year extended warranty cost $2,370 <br />Five (5) Year extended warranty cost $4,630 <br />Conditions <br />1.Park registration process must be complete prior to a warranty claim being <br />processed http://www.waterplay.com/en/park-registration/ <br />2.All warranties commence upon receipt of Goods on site and are only valid if <br />Vendor equipment is installed in accordance with Vendor specifications and <br />installation instructions. Vendor will not cover warranty issues resulting from <br />installation errors. <br />3.Modifications to Vendor equipment without prior written approval from <br />Vendor will void all warranties covered by this document.
