REV: 06-04-25 LR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />SCOPE: <br />The objectives of this scope of work are to: <br />a)Support and help ensure implementation of the San Mateo County Transportation <br />Authority grant for the Essential Wheels™ e-bike loaner program; and <br />b)Support City’s transportation mode shift efforts; and <br />c)Help identify and propose programs for the urgent and pressing mobility needs of <br />Redwood City’s essential workforce and Redwood City residents who are employed <br />as essential workers in the region. <br />The Contractor will: <br />a)in collaboration with essential employers (defined as those working as first <br />responders, education, healthcare, food services, janitorial, transportation, civic <br />infrastructure and social services), perform outreach and engagement to the <br />essential workforce that lives or works in Redwood City to connect individuals to <br />existing and emerging transportation programs and services including but not <br />limited to Manzanita Works’ Essential Wheels™ e-bike loaner program funded by <br />the San Mateo County Transportation Authority and co-sponsored by the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />b)in collaboration with employers and/or voluntary civic stakeholders, propose to <br />the City potential strategies to address identified local gaps in community <br />resources, collaborate with the City as a resource on current and future mobility <br />and local transportation demand management initiatives and endeavors. <br />SCHEDULE: <br />The Contractor’s outreach and engagement activities will commence immediately in June <br />2025 and last approximately 36 months for the length of the San Mateo County <br />Transportation Authority grant period. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.137/Manzanita (Help With Outreach Services) (Page 11 of 12)
