REV: 05-23-25 LF <br />3 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall propose a project schedule prior to commencing any work, based on the <br />required timeline for rate setting, and must obtain approval from City before proceeding. <br />Rates take effect in January of each calendar year. For each rate-setting cycle, <br />Consultant is expected to begin work in June of the year preceding the calendar year in <br />which the rates will be implemented. <br />In all cases, the project schedule must be reviewed and approved by City prior to the start <br />of the applicable rate-setting year. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.122/HF&H Consultants, LLC (Agreement for Services) (Page 16 of 16)
