Powers & Associates, Inc., LSA Associates, Inc., and Montrose <br />Environmental Solutions, Inc. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, award the standard form contracts to provide on-call, as needed, <br />professional services for environmental consulting work, and approve and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute the following agreements: <br />1. Agreement for Professional Services with David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. in <br />an amount not to exceed $250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, 2028, <br />with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not <br />to exceed $100,000 per extension term; <br />2. Agreement for Professional Services with LSA Associates, Inc. in an amount not <br />to exceed $250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, 2028, with the option <br />to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed <br />$100,000 per extension term; and <br />3. Agreement for Professional Services with Montrose Environmental Solutions, <br />Inc. in an amount not to exceed $250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, <br />2028, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount <br />not to exceed $100,000 per extension term. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.B.Grant application and project approvals for San Mateo County Transportation <br />Authority’s Measure W Regional Transit Connections Program, Bay Trail - <br />Seaport Blvd Multi-Use Pathway Project <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution supporting the Bay Trail - Seaport Blvd Multi-Use Pathway <br />Project and authorizing submittal of an application to the San Mateo County <br />2
