Each of the 12 <br />customers will be responsible for all the costs of constructing new water services connected to the City’s <br />water distribution system. Each customer will also be required to pay all applicable fees in effect at the <br />time of application for a new water service which recovers the cost of City provided services. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The transfer of customers from SFPUC to Redwood City will result in new service connections to Redwood <br />City which are categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15303(d) Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), as it <br />involves extension of water connection and service to existing residences. <br />6.K. - Page 4 of 11 <br />371
