(the Developer) and CalHFA (CalHFA Standstill Agreement), <br />subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, <br />and execute any other document, as necessary, and take all actions necessary to carry <br />out the CalHFA Standstill Agreement including executing an estoppel certificate. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />In accordance with Code of California Regulations (CCR) Title 14 § 15268, Ministerial <br />Approvals are exempt from the requirements of California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA). This project is subject to SB 35 / SB 423, which is a ministerial review and no t <br />subject to CEQA. <br /> <br /> 6.L. Agreement with the County of San Mateo for the City of Redwood City to provide core <br />agency services at the Fair Oaks Community Center for three years, FY 2025 -26, FY <br />2026-27, and FY 2027-28 (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute agreement between the <br />County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City in the amount of $1,793,283 to <br />provide critical safety net services to vulnerable, low -income County residents through <br />the Fair Oaks Community Center Information and Referral Program from July 1, 2025 <br />through June 30, 2028. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.M. Agreement with Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) for grant from Chan <br />Zuckerberg Initiative Donor Advised Fund, an advised fund of Silicon Valley Community <br />Foundation (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Grant Agreement <br />between the Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) and the City of Redwood City <br />(City) for a $200,000 grant award to the City for general operating support of the Fair <br />Oaks Community Center from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2027. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.N. - Page 6 of 13 <br />411
