Adopt a resolution approving the Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan and <br />application for CDBG and HOME funds; certifying that the City has followed its adopted <br />Community Participation Plan; and authorizing the execution and filing of all documents <br />pertaining thereto; and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with the <br />organizations identified in the Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Sturken to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving the Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan and <br />application for CDBG and HOME funds; certifying that the City has followed its adopted <br />Community Participation Plan; and authorizing the execution and filing of all <br />documents pertaining thereto; and <br />2.
