Hold a public hearing; <br />2. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution adopting the Budget of the City of <br />Redwood City for Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 and providing for the appropriation and <br />expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget; <br />3. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution approving and adopting the Five-Year <br />Capital Improvement Program for the period of Fiscal Year 2025-26 through Fiscal Year 2029-30; and <br />4. By motion of the Successor Agency Board, adopt a Successor Agency to the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency resolution adopting the Budget of the Successor Agency for Fiscal Year July <br />1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 and providing for the appropriation and expenditure of all sums set forth in <br />said budget. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 City of Redwood City Recommended <br />Budget was submitted to the City Council on June 1, 2025. On June 9, 2025, the City Council held a study <br />session to receive the FY 2025-26 Recommended Budget and provide direction for the FY 2025-26 <br />Adopted Budget.
