6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 6.A. Award of contracts for on-call, as needed, environmental <br /> professional services with David J. Powers & Associates, <br /> Inc., LSA Associates, Inc., and Montrose Environmental Solutions, Inc. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, award the standard form contracts to provide on-call, as needed, <br />professional services for environmental consulting work, and approve and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute the following agreements: <br />1. Agreement for Professional Services with David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. in an <br />amount not to exceed $250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, 2028, with <br />the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to <br />exceed $100,000 per extension term; <br />2. Agreement for Professional Services with LSA Associates, Inc. in an amount not <br />to exceed $250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, 2028, with the option to <br />extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 <br />per extension term ; and <br />3. Agreement for Professional Services with Montrose Environmental Solutions, Inc. <br />in an amount not to exceed $250,000 over a 3-year period, through June 23, 2028, <br />with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to <br />exceed $100,000 per extension term.
