CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.J. Amendment No. 5 to Agreement for Services with Gilbane <br />Building Company for project management services, and <br />Amendment No. 7 to Agreement for Services with ELS <br />Architecture and Urban Design for construction administration <br />services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center-YMCA <br />Project, for extended time and services due to construction delays <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building <br />Company for project management services for the Veterans Memorial <br />Building/Senior Center for a not-to-exceed amount of $162,910, for a total <br />not-to-exceed amount of $4,807,148; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and <br />Urban Design for construction administration services for a not-to exceed <br />amount of $118,792, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $9,930,028.
